The first NPFI grant was awarded to Green River College in Auburn, WA to support the work of Tina Ostrander. Tina will teach the course IT 355: Agile Development Methods during the 2016 summer semester.
In this course, a student team will develop a new website for Kent Serves, a local non-profit organization developed to increase communication and collaboration among several local non-profit community service organizations.
The web site will be open source and secure, and will enable participating organizations, volunteers, and the general public to share information, find related services, and connect with each other.
